I'm the lienholder on a vehicle that was involved in an accident with minor damage, they kept the vehicle for over 30 days and never sent me a letter. I had to call Houston tow line to find out where the vehicle was. If I could give them negative star ratings I would! Terrible storage.

They never answer the phone. Their answering machine says they will give you a call back within an hour but they never do!! They are scammers keeping your vehicles hostage for more money!!!
