One of the worst apartments to live in the Houston area. I am almost completing one year living here and it is horrible. I regret living here and I do not recommend it to anyone. We have to constantly go to the office to get mouse traps for the rodents in the apartment. It is disgusting having to wake up to a rodent on the trap and disposing of it. On the weekends there is people drinking outside with loud music and you cant invite family members because they will tow their cars. On October 29, 2014, a 6 year old kid was ran over and died. Long story short, you do not want to live or your family to live in an apartment complex where your family nor yourself is safe. Please listen to this review and spend your money elsewhere besides this place.
