I work at the Today's Vision West Oaks location, and I believe that Jenny V confused us with another location. First off, there is no one here named Melanie nor Junior, second off, we do not have a manager, and finally we never promise anything overnight because you never know what could go wrong with the lab or their delivery system (fedex, UPS, USPS etc)

Don't go there. I had a MOST unpleasant experience here. The doctor is nervous, rather rude, and very hard to communicate with. His employees are apathetic, act like they are too tired to help you, and wouldn't / couldn't help you even if they weren't so apathetic. They were also difficult to communicate with - not helpful, did not want to show me frames or answer questions about them, did not explain my insurance very well at all. I have to go back to get my glasses, but after that - I'M DONE WITH THIS PLACE!
