I have purchased vehicles from Leonard at Tom Peacock and found him to be easy to work with, trustworthy and willing to work with me on any concern I may have to ensure my buying experience and satisfaction. Highly recommended.

I was very impressed with the patience and knowledge of the folks at Tom Peacock. Nothing felt pressured or rushed. I was especially happy with our salesman, Leonard Young, who meticulously walked us through each step and took the time and care to ensure we had a vehicle and options that best suited our needs. And as icing on the cake, he even delivered our new car to us, even though we live out of town! Couldn't be happier with the experience and our family looks forward to buying many more vehicles from Leonard and Tom Peacock in the years to come.

My wife and I were shopping for a used van on line . After contacting the dealership via email, we did not get the help that we needed, called & spoke with (kawaja) the salesman. He was also no help showing no interest to help us. We looked on line again seeking the management team. Located at that time Mr. Dillard the used car manger , after agreeing on a sales price for the van located at his dealership and asked him to either email or fax the Purchase Order that was at 1pm. Since we are coming from Austin TX 3 hours away from Houston TX.. Never happened and we lost contact with him. Went back to contact (kawaja) the salesman to get the PO , we were told by him that the manger is in a meeting this was happing @ 3pm ??!!!

6pm we received the PO with all kind of Fees added to the price we agreed on, from the Reconditioning $1254.00 ,Plus Prep Fees $225.00 & a none Tax Fee??? WOW what a joke.



THIS DEALERSHIP A SCAM AND A REPOFF SO STAY AWAY.



By the way my wife and I emailed Mr. Dillard & his boss Mr. Steve Hailine . To tell them about our concern .. Till now we did not get a respond... If that will tell you some about these people .. THEY DO NOT CARE. THEY ARE FAKE.

After a "bad news" visit to my Dad's doctors office we decided to go to Tom Peacock Cadillac. We needed something to lift our spirits and I really think my Dad just wants to go out in style. George you are the best! Thanks for taking care of us. The $12,000 one pay lease was perfect. You brought some smiles to a very sad day. XXOO

I saw the TV commercial with the $12,000 lease offer and I didn't see anything wrong with it. It was obvious that it was a lease, and I thought it was a great deal. I love being able to drive a new Cadillac every few years. If you don't know about a lease by now, you probably live in a cave. Can't believe this guy thought he was going to buy a new fully loaded CTS for $12,000. At that price it would've been stolen. What an idiot.

BEWARE!! Tom Peacock is advertising that you can purchase a new fully loaded CTS for $12,000 cash. This advertisement was also aired on TV and if you call both the receptionist and sales person will tell you there is no catch....BUT THERE IS A CATCH. The $12,000 is a one pay on a lease and you will have to trade in the car after 3 years or pay the full amount of the vehicle's worth. The sales person tried to still tell us that this wasn't a "lease" but obviously this is a REALLY BIG FALSE ADVERTISEMENT CAMPAIGN going on. I hope you don't waste your time at this dealership or get duped getting a CTS and find out later that you have to return the car!!

I would never do business at this dealer ever again. I have had numberous problems with the so-called Finance Department who seem to be incompetent. It has been over a month since I purchased my vehicle at Tom Peacock Cadillac and I hadn't received my license plates. I had to call over and over to check if they were in (received them 1 month & 2 weeks later). I also purchased a third party warranty and they didn't even submit the paper work, oh but they certainly charged me for it. Keep in mind its been over month. The sales guy who sold me the car no longer works there but if you ask me its the finance lady, (L...F) that needs to terminated. WILL NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM TOM PEACOCK CADILLAC!!!!!!
