Terrible Experience

We were scheduled for a sleep study on May 4. While on the way to the appointment at 8:30 p.m., I received a call that there was a problem with the equipment and we would have to reschedule. I called and rescheduled for the following Monday. My husband and son arrived for the sleep study at 8:30 p.m. and could not get anyone to open the door for them. My husband called me to ask if I knew who to call. While I was talking to him, the center called me and said they still had not received the equipment and we would have to again reschedule. I called the next day to reschedule for the following Monday. That morning, I called to make sure that the equipment was in and everything was ready. I was assured they were ready for us. That evening as my husband and son were pulling out of the driveway, I received another call that the equipment had not yet arrived. I called the main office the next morning and after being on hold for a long period of time, was told there was not manager in the office, but I could talk to the assistant manager. She told me that had had a meeting about this that day. I told her that I had received no call that the equipment was not in, that this was the 3rd time we had rescheduled and that I would not be coming back to a company that was so poorly run and so inefficient in their communication skills.
