HORRIBLE! I've been going there for several years and over the last year they have gone completely down hill, I went in yesterday (for the last time) and my nails look like a five year old painted them! Not to mention I told her she had the wrong color and she TOLD me this was the color I was getting, she cuts your cuticles with the tools and I think she is supposed to be the manager! Oh they will fix them if you pay again! Money hungry is all they are!

Avoid coming here at all costs and don't ever get the waxing services! I asked for a leg wax (which I found our after the fact was not a service they offered and just made up on the spot) and the technician not only did not know what she was doing but didn't speak any English or understand it whatsoever, so when I kept asking her to stop because it was too painful she would not. She proceeded to cut the strips of fabric used to do the wax right over my legs, coming VERY close to cutting me a few times and she did not change the wooden stick in the wax at all during the procedure and actually transferred it from one wax container to another without replacing the stick! Besides the fact that she was unsafe with me and completely unsanitary, she did not know proper waxing procedure and would put on too much hot wax, burning my skin and when trying to peel it off NONE of the wax would come off. She tried pulling several times in each spot to remove the wax (which was painful enough) and when enough was taken off she would scrape the rest off with her fingernail. And the worst part was was that only about 50% of the hair was actually removed and she could not properly clean off the rest of the wax left on my leg so she tried to scrub it off with a hard-bristled brush during the pedicure. That was literally the worst experience of my life!

Don't even get me started on the customer service, basically there was NONE.

15.00 pedicure, 12.00 fill regular acrylic non solar, 6.00 eyebrows, great pedicure they even include parafin wax in the 15.00 pedicure.



they offer gel nails/solar nails...only charged me 4.00 to paint my daughters hands shes 5. they also have the crackle shatter polish (extra 5.00)....it makes your nail polish look as if it has cracked or shattered pretty cool i saw on another client while i was there. they use the orange color and the part that looks shattered turns red its very cool. i might try it next time.



hours- 9am-7pm mon-sat , unsure of the sun hours but they are open on sundays



they use quality nail polish-OPI, they are clean as well. i enjoyed them and will be coming back again in 2 weeks.
