These people provide very bad service.

I took my working phone, fully functional iphone4 to these people with a broken screen.

When I got it back, my screen was fixed but my microphone was not working. It only worked when I put on speaker mode.



Here is what they did to wash off their hands.

1. They said it is a software glitch and needs to be restored with itunes.

Agonizingly I restored it for 2 hours in store, to find out that was wrong.

2. Then they told me that it is an apple issue because it is a software problem and they cant do anything about it.

3. I took it to apple and they told me that and iphone has 2 microphones(which the wireless guy does not know). Apple told me that it is a hardware issue.

4. I went back to the store, this time they said they were going to give it to a technician who has a machine, who can figure out what the problem was.

5. They said I need to spend additional 65$ because of some rusting inside.

My argument is if there was rust, how come it was working all along and does not work anymore?

They said when they opened the air messed it up.



They claim to fix iphones but give you all stupid reasons.



Also I called them about 35 times in 2 days, and my phone was answered once.

I did not want to spend any money with these crooks anymore so I got got back my phone yesterday.



I told the person that I live far away, every time I come it, I spent a lot of money to drive. I had to drive about 6 times. They have no courtesy for your phone calls.



I asked them to give back my broken screen, and my money back, they said absolutely no, to come take my phone and leave.



These people need to be sued. Do not go here.

They extort extra money after you've turned in your phone. It goes like this: you buy a screen repair coupon online and take your phone to their store, a few hours later they call and tell you "You wanted to repair the front screen... but there's a crack at the back too. So you're going to have to replace both sides. It's going to be $50 extra on top of the $60 you already paid." The fine screen on the coupon doesn't mention the "screen/glass repair" refers to ONE SIDE ONLY. So beware, and confirm the total cost of repairs before you take your phone there.

I am forced to give it a one star rating even though they deserve to be out of business... I am going to contact the better business bureau tomorrow morning to file a complaint about this company.



So I am going to tell everyone how this company just f*cked my iphone up... I want to make sure no one goes there and goes through what I just went through today and gets ripped off the way I did. first off here is the name, number and address of this company.

I cracked the screen on my iphone and found a GROUPON for $70 to get my screen fixed so I bought the groupon... Even though I broke my screen, there was absolutely nothing wrong with my phone it was just really annoying to touch a cracked screen so two/ three days later I took my phone back to get it fixed I waited 4 hours and they gave it back to me, and at night when I plugged it in to charge it, it wouldn't charge. In the morning I took it back to UNITECH WIRELESS and told them my phone would not charge and I received no calls from them so I went back to see why I had not heard from them. first they told me it was my fault and that me not being able to charge my phone was unrelated to them fixing my screen which is not true. they took my iphone apart to replace the screen because the digitizer and the LCD have to also be replaced for the iphone to be able to work properly so I told them that... next, they told me they saw that my MOTHERBOARD was bent and that it was caused by me dropping my iphone which can NOT happen because the iphone is tightly secured inside and the only way u can bend it is by bending it yourself while taking it apart.. also.. how would you know unless YOU took the thing apart.. so they called me and told me they had ordered me a new iphone and that it was coming in today to the store, I went there and there was NO NEW IPHONE I told them I wanted my cracked screen put back and my money back and they said NO. pretty much told me to leave and take it to apple. I TOOK IT TO APPLE AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS DAMAGED BY WHOEVER TOOK IT APART..... PLEASE REPOST AND WARN PEOPLE ABOUT THIS BUSINESS... I PRETTY MUCH HAVE TO THROW AWAY MY iPHONE, 800 BUCKS IN THE FREAKING TRASH...
