I am admitted today to cure my graves deceased... Dr. Joseph Varon and Dr. Gerardo Hueso scheduled a procedure that will cure my graves desease. I arrived to the emergency room last night With fever, high blood presure and palpitation. The ER doctor immediately stabilized me in a matter of minutes. It turned out my thyroyd is out of control. I was admitted to get a procedure that will reduce the amount of hormones my thyroid is producing.



I had already receaved a treatment that cured my ahsmas it really worked I have not had ans ahsma attack in months. I am very pleased with the results and the best part is that my insurance covered 80% of my procedure....



The staff, the clean facility and the new tecnology out the make University General Hospital new consept in the health industry.

Nooooo, never was terrible attention, the only excellent was my Surgeon Dr Eric Haas. The hospital never help to you and dont assign a room when you arrive for surgery your family have to wait with your belongings all time, in my case 8 hours,

Terrible and dirty. Not help to patients to take a shower, did not clean your bed, dont clean your room but in addition the day nurses never come when you need them. In the night nurses was rigth, in the day was terrible i have to call 5 times for a pain killer they wait 8 hours to bring me and my prescription was each 4 hours, the lady of customer services bring me a pain killer. never follow Dr recomendation: soft diet after sugery: ileon and colon resection, bring me chicken spycy. And pancakes And liquid diet one day after surgery and they bring me salmon with mashed potatoes.

Finally i have to go home and have to wait 3 hours for my prescription, because the nurse was busy. I dont recomend this hospital.

I went in with High blood pressure, and was attended to immediately. The ER crew were right on top of things and made me feel so at ease. They went on to admit me and the night shift on the 6th floor were more than anyone could ask for. I had to stay by myself since family was not close by and husband working, but even at that I felt very well taken care of by the staff. The food in this hospital was truly outstanding. There again the people providing my food were so gracious to help me with my menu. I truly thank everyone at University General for taking care of me. It was by accident that I went to the ER at Un. General since I am not from around here. But, God new best. Thanks Again 5 Star
