The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. I had a wood floor delivery scheduled for a Friday. Had a paid crew waiting to unload the floor. Called the UPS terminal to communicate that was the case. Floors didn't arrive. Rescheduled delivery 4 days later. Paid a crew to unload the floors. Floors didn't arrive. Phoned for next day delivery. Not available. Asked for a guaranteed delivery time. Not available. No guarantees. Response: "We'll get to it when we get to it".

UPS picked up, lost and stole my package A on 8/12/2015.I reported on 8/17/2015 missing. Re addressed a small box B and put my tracking number on it and then delivered it to my customer.8/20/2015 . Box B was marked Katy.TX and carton A was marked Houston.TX.

UPS opened claim 3 times and closed it as delivered. Stole my carton A, insured for $3,000 and wrote online that they have delivered it 8/27/2015,

They have falsified all entries into my account, and falsified that my customer has received the carton. 38 emails and 63 hours of phone calls later, plus a claim number 4580866001A and they are closing the case without paying.

Now i am going to catch these thieves .And let the CEO know what a bunch of crooks he has .
