Provided by YP.comBUYER BEWARE!!! Horrible car wash! Non-existent customer service. Rude, Rude, Rude! I've been there 4 times and had issues all 4 times. The last time, today, being my final visit there.
I waited outside as my car was being washed and when it came time to dry it, I noticed my car just sitting there unattended. The car wash only had 1 other car being worked on and there were 11 people working on it. 9 on the outside and 2 on the inside. Then, FINALLY, 1 worker without an ounce of enthusiasm, started half-assed drying my car with a soaking wet towel. He kept wringing it out so the car wasn't actually being dried. I went inside and said to the man behind the counter (I found out after the fact, was the owner), in a sort of joking manner, is the owner of that BMW a friend of the family? Why do they have so many attendants drying their car but I only have one attendant using a wet towel? (not that it should matter but I have a new Mercedes convertible, so I'm not sure why I was made to feel like some second-class citizen). The owner then explained to me that the other wash being performed was an Executive wash and I only had the Basic. He starts having a temper tantrum asking what he should do about it? It's YOUR business, you clown, why are you asking ME how to run your business? He then added, If some of those men finish and WANT to come over and help dry my car, they are free to do so.
EXCUSE ME??? LMAO...
Then, another man walked by who I mistakenly thought was the owner (he's actually the manager) and who is quite nice and I told him what happened. I also told him this was my last visit here as this was beyond ridiculous and the man behind the counter was so rude, I couldn't believe it. THEN, get ready to LOL... The owner comes out after the manager told him what I said and tells me I am not welcome to return. What is the point of telling someone they aren't welcome to return AFTER they say they aren't returning? :)
No wonder this place is always empty. There are plenty of good car washes in town. This, most certainly, is not one of them. Rude and incompetent. No thanks.

All far better washes with more polite owners. They're always busy which is why I came here a few times but now I see why this place is always dead. I'd rather wait a little longer at a busier car wash than deal with these awful jerks.

Provided by YP.comI took my wife’s luxury SUV there on 22-Oct-12 for an executive wash.
I had previously read negative reviews about the manager at this location but I chose to try the service anyway, given its proximity to my home.
I left my car with an usher, went inside to order and pay $35, then waited. It was a busy day at this car wash with cars being maneuvered in close proximity of one another. My car returned within my sight after about 10 minutes. I was standing in the waiting room as the staff was drying it. I noticed a substantial scratch from the distance. The scratch had not been there when I brought the car. I came closer, unloaded bags I was carrying in the trunk and proceeded to inspect the fresh scratch. I asked one of the staff what had happened. He asked one of his colleagues to call the manager.
The manager’s first words were “this didn’t happen here”, indicating that the facility was equipped with video cameras that I was welcome to inspect. The tone was rude and confrontational. I told him I wasn’t looking forward to an argument with him, and invited him to investigate himself by viewing the videos, before forming such a peremptory opinion.
He went in, came back within 2 minutes and proceeded to confront me, asserting that my body language as observed in the videos indicated to him that the scratch had been there prior to my arrival. “You knew you had that scratch, don’t you?… you need to leave the property”. I remained calm. He was condescending, calling me over to the car by moving his index finger. This obvious imbecile had apparently decided, based on my unwillingness to argue with him, that the best course for him was to disrespect me and bully me into submission.
He went back in as his colleagues were cleaning my car’s interior, returned after another five minutes, claimed he had watched the entire footage, then distilled his conclusions to me in the form of street-talk verbiage sprinkled with profanity and, I have to admit, some racial undertones. The more benign excerpts are as follows:
“You are a thief. You are a thief. You are a thief…. You are trying to steal from us. This is disgusting… I have seen people like you before… don’t you ever come back”.
There was also threat of physical violence: “I wish we weren’t on this property… You know what I’d do… and I’d win”.
I ignored him at this point, as it became clear that he had either some well-established beliefs about a certain profile of his clientele, or a well-oiled strategy for dealing with my sort of complaint.
I left the premised after his colleagues were done with my car. I have not been able to locate a customer services contact for this facility. I am therefore reduced to entering my review here.
