01/09/16, I contracted US Security Gate to replace an electric control gate system. I paid over $4,800 which came with a 2 yr warranty. 04/16, both of the driveway gates were completely disabled. I notified Maureen Bentacourt on 04/21/16 that the gate system was completely disabled. In addition, I also advised the company that no manual keys were left to open the gate in the event of power failure. My entry gates were the only ones damaged in the storm & remains non functional 4 mths later.
On Friday, July 29, 2016, USSG crew supposedly took the arms back to the manufacturer. Today is Thursday, August 11, 2016 and I have sent another email requesting the status and still no response. The email exchanges outlined above exhibits that I have provided USSG every opportunity to resolve the matter in an expedient manner. In turn, USSG has intentionally & deliberately stalled and dragged out this process. I firmly believe that they had no intentions of replacing system.

I was surprised to hear that this company was turn key with iron and wood fences. Price is right, work is professional and done on time. Highly recommend.
