Great work. honest people. And most of all great prices!!!

I was in an accident and had sever front end damage to my Tahoe. The vehicle was towed to a couple other shops in the Heights/Downtown area where I was given some obscene quotes... I was on the verge of breaking down and buying an new vehicle and decided to let Vicky take a look. She came well under the other quotes and had my truck on the racks within minutes... While her shop doesn't have all the leather seats, Imported bottled water, and marble floors, they make up for this TENFOLD in customer service and satisfaction!!! I was completely blown away by their professionalism and attention to my needs and concerns! They run an honest business and do wonderful work - extremely reasonable on pricing and very punctual - my vehicle was fixed within a 1 1/2 days - it took the other guys longer to take a look at my truck and get me a quote! As much as i want to keep this little Heights GEM to myself, I feel like i have an obligation to spread the good word about this small business. I would also say that there is something very intriguing about a beautiful woman that can pick up and name every part of your front end assembly!!! WOW!!! If you need help call VICKY!
