On a beautiful and humid day i went villa roma pizza. i was told they had good food and great services. I go in the place there's this skinny middle eastern guy who looks very funny and talk talky. He welcomes me in and so forth which is great now days. but i try to make a order but his to busy tryin to get to know me which is weird .Cause i went there to make a order not take him home. I ordered a large peperroni pizza with extra cheesy.. i guess they were busy cause there was only 3 ppl working and it took them half an hour to get my pizza ready wow. The food was good and like it. So i gat there flyer and went home made an order couple a weeks a ago. But this time when i was on the phone with a guy name "david" who took my order and told me we will see u in 35-45 min..i ordered a large pizza nd order of wings and 2 dr.peppers.. an hour pass i have no food and am gettin hungry..so i called and ask about my food they tell me it will be there in 5 min.. ok i understand there pizza and things happen.. but 15 mins pass by no food.. i call back and ask for manager and this guy "mike" gets the phone and starts giving me this "blaaaaah blaaah " sorry excuses. i tell him wheres my food.. he goes on its be there am sorry and it shows that he has no manager skills cause he makes excuses that arent even reasonable... so he gives me 15% off on the food. casue its late but when the driver gets her he isnt aware about the discount so he call mike and talks to him. he tells the driver to give me 3 dollars off when he said 15% which it actually would have been 6.50 off..so i get fraustrated at this mike. so i call him and he continues with the excuses and i curse him out once again and hang up to rip me off after i was curtous and patient..wow what a place villa roma is i mean liers, theifs, late orders and ongoing excues they act like children.. i wish i knew the owner cause he must be lost hiring managers like that
