Provided by YPmobileI had my hair done recently and they jacked up my hair so bad . I went with some girl name Rosa and she made careless mistakes .All I wanTed was a retouch I walked out with highlights only at the roots and all brown and the ends. I had never had a bad experience their befor so I call them to explain what had happened . So the offered to fix it .I went back to have it fixed and they left me with huge orange spots every where. All I want is my money back and thanks to them I must die my hair a dark brown in order to cover up the hot mess they left me with . I wouldn't recommend for anyone to come there. They where very unprofessional and the hairstylist didn't even know what she was doing.

Provided by YP.comWhen I was there I was trying to make my black hair brown. They told me you couldn't do that without it falling out and i understood, so they told me they could put brown highlights, so I did that. When I went in that warmer thing for dying your hair, it severely burned my scalp, my scalp still burns I got it done 2 days ago. Now I know it's not their fault, everyone makes mistakes. But I was on the verge of tears and it seems like they were acting like I was over exaggerating and I was being ridiculous. I may have been getting the wrong vibe but that's how it felt, I'm also tender headed I guess, because When Fabian was doing my hair, it felt REALLY rough, I couldn't wait until it was over. But my mom loves Fabian. Shawn ended up doing my hair and she was much better for my preference. She was nice and she didn't hurt my head. I personally hate thin highlights from scalp to end all over and contrast a lot. My that is just me, I right now hate my hair but it's not there fault, it's hard to change from black to brown.
