Just ate at Viva Jalisco on Veterans Memorial for the second and last time. Flies were over bearing, found a long hair in my meal after eating half of it (GROSS). The waitresses tried to explain the flies by saying it is because the front door opens/closes. I haven't seen such a thing in other restaurants with doors! Other answer could be maggots in the kitchen creating more flies. Waitresses seem a bit distant and are very short on smile/friendliness. When I went to pay no mention of a courtesy meal or discount. When I asked to speak to the manager he told them to tell me he was busy (there were only 8 customers in the restaurant), bad customer service move. All in all one of the worst eating experiences of my 58 years! I was hoping for much more as it is close to our offices.

the service was good, the ladies were nice and alert but overall the food was just horrible. my girlfriend and I, couldn't even get a bite down.
