Im a dental asstant and the numbing works pretty quickly the gel doesnt really matter you will regardless feel the needle.i have taken my children here and im pleased, im very picky with dr.s and ive seen bad things in my career. dr vo and his lovley wife gave quality work i mean the man showed my kids the clean out of the tooth thats there wasnt no more cavity. Ive never meet any dr to do this! He is very confident in his work and im very satisfied!

I have taken my daughter to this office three or four times and I am pleased with the way they treated her. She had one cavity and was very afraid that the shot would hurt, but the doctor explained what he would do and took his time. I continue to take her back for dental checkups and so far all is fine. The staff is plesant, the offices are clean. The prices are great and I think they do a good job.

As a parent, I am more than displeased with Healthy Dental. I brought in my 5 year old daughter in for cleaning and to get her front teeth pulled the other day and my experience was horrific. The first tooth was 3/4 off already, so it wasn't much of a problem. The other tooth, however, was loose but still intact. The dentist, Calvin Vo, applied some numbing gel to my daughter's gums but without even waiting for it to sink in he injected more into her gums with a needle this time, putting my daughter in great pain. Then, within 5 SECONDS (he didn't even give it ANY time for the numbing set in) he pulled out her tooth, yanking her head in the process,leaving her SCREAMING in tears. My daughter isnt one to cry over shots at the doctor or when she's gotten teeth pulled in the past in different dentist offices. Dr. Calvin Vo was impatient, he rushed off to a different person in a chair right after. I have 3 other older children, and throughout their lives they have never been put through as
