This Walgreens pharmacy is horrible. It didnt use to be but in the last six months service is terrible.The customer service is beyond horrible. Your prescriptions are never ready, it doesnt matter if you drop it off, call it in or use the automated. Its a joke that their greeting is how can I help you be well, they cause you undo stress with bad service. I have been over charged because the staff cant be bobothered with anything slightly different ie...insurance, rx discount cards etc....I have called and requested to speak to the pharmacy manager and they are never available. I stay on eternal hold almost an hour when therecording says I am the next caller, they park the calls and forget them. I hav e had to call the store manager in the front. I have sp i ken to Ms. Barbara and she couldnt justify the bad service says they are understaffed etc...which because of the nature of the business which is customers health that is absolutely not acceptable. I will have to find a new pharmacy.

My wife was released from memorial Hermann after having a serious procedure done for an aneurysm. I drove to this pharmacy to get her medication for the pain and nausea and they would not fill them. The reason they gave me was because they were running low on the medication I needed and they were going to save them for customers that shop there regularly. I didn't understand she was in so much pain and they were worried about how many times I shopped there. I hope to god they never have to sit there and watch a loved one go through so much pain vomiting from the nausea which put more pressure on her head all because we weren't everyday shoppers. The discomfort they caused my wife is unbearable and something I would never do to anybody.
