My husband and I have been going to this laundromat for almost 3 years and have never dealt with anything like this. Last night, 6/13/15 my husband arrived at the washateria at 8:20 PM BEFORE the last wash at 8:30PM which after that time they usually lock the doors so no one else can come in AFTER 8:30PM however the doors were unlocked and he was able to get inside CLEARLY meaning that they were still open. He had begun to put clothes into the machines, when he was interrupted by an older woman with short hair telling him that he could not wash and told him to leave. My husband told her that he already had clothes in the machine and that he would take the clothes home to dry as soon as they were done. Instead of saying anything back she walks away and then calls the police. And then LIES to my husband saying that she did not. And yes, the police did show up. However they did not speak to my husband. They came and went for absolutely nothing. I have never in my life dealt with such complete incompetence and the severe lack of professionalism this woman clearly seems to not have. I will never again set foot into this location until I hear back from the owner of this location and that woman apologizes to my husband. Absolutely despicable.
