This company is probably the worst trash company in the area... we are STUCK with it and don't seem to have any recourse since the HOA picked the service provider. Run from them if you have a chance!!! They have not picked up trash in over 2 weeks, now they need payment for next month in order to pick up the trash but they won't even tell us how much it is and how to sign-up for service. Cecilia and Mary seem to be nice yet uninformed and with a lack of concern overall, sadly these are the office managers; their only solution is to speak to a supervisor and see what they think... logic is not in their DNA. I am literally begging them to bill me! send me an invoice! tell me how much to pay! nope, not them... need to see what the supervisor says about sending that one-of-a-kind email they sent when services started 2 years ago, where the info was included. I am glad there are placed to review companies, since no one is able to even care for my dilemma at Waste Depot - worse yet, they request I email my concern but as of today - none of my 7 emails have even received an answer. I am speechless!

Horrible experience ! I do not recommend their servce to anyone. They lie about picking up your trash! They are very unprofessional! They charge you for days they don't even pick up your trash! They give you the run around about why your trash is still on the street. They told me the driver did not see my street sign. I went out of town for 2 weeks and my trash remained on the curb. Waste depot never picked it up! I just filed a complaint with the BBB . I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE USING THIS PLACE ! Please find another trash company they are a rip off ...I will give reviews on every site I can . To pet people know..WASTE DEPOT AND THEIR STAFF ARE PIECES OF YOU KNOW WHAT AND THEY ARE A RIP OFF . MY OLD TRASH COMPANY HAS PICKED UP MY TRASH AND ARE TRYING TO CHARGE ME . ALL BECAUSE WASTE DEPOT STAFF IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB. I started theor service in June I have had to call the company every week about picking up my trash. That let me know as a customer i did not matter. I should not have to remind you of picking up my trash every week. ...one of tge workers just begged me on Friday Aug. 10 to give them a chamce to make it right but the Horrrible female i spoke with this morning , she didn't give a damn about making it right! So therefore i asked for a refund but shes not trying to refund me the money for all the days they missed which is not fair so i filed the complaint with the BBB and hopefully we come to a resolve, because I would hate to drag them into court over a few dollars..but right is right and wrong is wrong. Please find a different trash company...they are not worth it

Horrible company. The workers are lazy and often only pick up one bag and leave the can full, or dump the can and leave a leaf bag. My neighbors have the same issue. I have sent them twice an auto pay form, have proof of this, yet they keep saying they have not received it and suspend my service. Then they charge late fees when I call them to make a payment and refuse to waive the $20 late fees. How are they still in business with all of the negative reviews and dissatisfied customers? Ridiculous and extremely frustrating.
