Please don’t waste your time going to the store or calling. They always let their phone go to an answering machine and they’re never at the store. Apparently the owner had a stroke and Elijah, the kid he hired to run the store, never shows up. He expects you to email him and Elijah was extremely rude. Our sale was not large enough for him to bother to come out to the store. We went to Right Futons And Waterbeds where Marsha took VERY good care of us.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would!

I had slept on a waterbed for about 11 years when I went back to a standard bed. But when I found out that there was a waterbed store so close to where I lived I just had to visit. The salesmen and the owner was very helpful and quick to answer all of my questions. Execpt for a small leak in the bladder (my fault for not making sure there were no crimps in it) I have had no problems with my bed. I'd buy from them again and recommend them to anyone.
