Living here since 2017 and have been very content thanks to great maintenance, and office staff led by Matt. Location isn't too bad, next door to Whole Foods.
Close to downtown, museum district, Texas Medical Center, shopping, Buffalo Bayou Park, you name it. Also really cool to be able to walk across the street to Nino's, Vincents, or Grappino's Italian Food. What else, the finishes are pretty nice too, with real wood floors, gas range stove, and Matt tells me that the building is a steel frame structure, with 6 inches of cement between the floors. This makes sense, because I never hear my neighbors above me.
