Westbury High School enrolls more than 1,500 students in grades 9 through 12. It provides classes in math, science, social studies and writing. The school offers special education programs for gifted and talented students. Westbury High School also provides the English as a Second Language program. It offers membership opportunities in the National Honor Society. In addition, the school has a parent-teacher organization and library. Westbury High School s athletic activities include basketball, cross-country, softball and tennis. It also provides transportation and food services. The school maintains an international club.
