I began my professional writing career in October 2018 when I was recruited to write press releases. Shortly after that I wrote some articles on the CBD business for a client. Since then I have written articles on travel, how-to, mental health, etc. You can read my published article on customer service at Why Customers Are Getting The Short End Of The Stick. I have also done consumer letters. Over the course of my life I have worn many career caps, including business development manager, employment recruiter, bank teller, curb address painter, telemarketer, door to door Amway flunkie, mortgage clerk, etc. I have a BA in Social Science from Washington State University. I suppose that I have been a fighter for my consumer rights for a long time. But ever since 2018 when I started handling all of my family's matters I have really focused on standing up for our rights as consumers. When a business screws us around I get mad and try to get them to do the right thing. It doesn't always work but I have learned some valuable lessons which I want to pass on to you. I live in Houston, where I grew up, with my elderly mom. I take care of her and the household duties such as cooking, cleaning, and grocery shopping. I also handle all finance and business matters for both of us. When not writing, using the computer, or dealing with chores and mom, I like to watch movies on TV, go walking, and enjoy a good cigar with a cold beer. Check out my services below.
