Please don't move here. I live here for 6 year. Jena is the previous manager who kept the property up. Now I deal roaches, pot wholes, non repairs and neighbors who block the driveways just to talk. Please dont let your family live unless you like drug s and roaches. I will be moving just as soon as I can.

Whatever you do...DO NOT RENT AT THIS PROPERTY!!! My wife and I have lived here almost two years, and when we moved in we were delighted with this property; until the truth came out. There is only one maintenance man for the entire property (125 units), there is not a full time a/c technician; so if your a/c goes out you have to wait until the person that they use gets off work at his regular job then comes to the property to service your a/c. Now...let's say your elderly, heaven forbid your unit goes out at ooohhh say...one o'clock in the afternoon, NOW...if its one hundred plus outside its at least 90 plus inside...as they sit there basting in their own juices til after six o' clock in the evening until the a/c person arrives at the property.



There are only one set of dumpsters on site for the 125 units to use, there is gang activity out in the open, drug activity and prostitution; not to mention Harris County Sheriff's Deputies have been called to unit 7622 four times in the last two months and they have not been evicted. When you have maintenance issues on this property they use your rent money, NOT PETTY CASH to pay the offsite a/c technician otherwise you will not get a repair. We WILL NOT RENEW OUR LEASE and urge you whomever you may be, DO NOT LEASE HERE the management does not have your interest at heart...only her pockets.
