The services provided by Steeplechase Diagnostic MRI are horrible! I would not recommend them to my dog! Their front desk staff are rude and overworked, giving an air of disdain! Then, when you FINALLY are called to the back (which was about an hour wait time at 8:00 in the morning!) the radiologist is even more rude! I couldn't believe it! My private insurance is paying these guys and then I'm expected to pay the co-payment with this type of service! No, I don't think so! Also, have you noticed how they are getting such high scores on their customer reviews! Well, not all reviews are by customers! Yes, that's right! STAFF are completing customer surveys to have higher ratings, b/c their service is SO BAD! I bet my review will not be published! But it's the truth! I received such bad service, I asked for a refund of my co-payment, walked out, and asked my doctor for a different MRI location - which by the way are a dime a dozen in the geographical location! My review deserves to be printed for consumers
