Do Not Move Here unless you like living in a Ghetto. Small apartments & unprofessional management is a bad idea. This complex looks pretty from the outside, but is misrepresented. High crime area not meant for families, elderly, or disabled. Please think twice & look to the hills instead of moving into Woodglen Village Apartments.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I stayed here only 2 days and someone broke into my apartment. Someone watched me move in and picked up on my routine that quick. The apartment management does not care about anyone but themselves. I should have never moved in because even during the move in process they were unprofessional and acted like they didn't care. They mixed up my apartment so the day that it was time to move in I couldnt. I had to pay the expense of getting the lights turned on for that aparment and getting them turned right back off because the correct apartment wouldnt be ready for another week. When I complained Hale would kind of laugh and talk to people in the background like what I was saying didnt matter. After the break in and I wanted to move out Lori said I had to pay the next months rent + $600 to move out and the $700 deposit that I paid before I moved in could not be used to cover anything. When I asked them to look at the camera footage Lori said "Oh we dont have cameras at the part where you live" Then I said well what about security and was told "Oh we dont have security we just have courtesy officers". But before I moved in I was told that there was cameras all around the apartments and security until 3am. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNTIL THEY GET NEW MANAGEMENT!! Because the management they have now SUCKS!!! Careless and Unprofessional. Oh and the aparments are really quiet at night. Dont let that fool you. The crooks are watching trust me. All those vacanct apartments might be a reason its quiet too.
