I would recommend Woodlake travel, especially the outstanding travel agent, Karen Bavaso. She is the best. She will get you just what you need.

Wow- I cannot begin to express how helpful Mary at Woodlake Travel has been. We had an issue with our bank (fraudulent activity) that turned into a living nightmare right in the middle of Mary booking everything for our trip to Playa Del Carmen. She was so patient, caring, and understanding of our situation that she was able to extend deposit dates to accommodate us and our frozen bank accounts. She was everything we needed in a travel agent All I had to do was tell her where, when and what- she did the rest for me! I strongly recommend them, and will not use anyone else from here on out.

Let me count the ways, this is the absolute Number One Agency in Houston. The quality and experience in the travel industry of Woodlake Travel is superb. They provide any and all information a traveler might need to educate and enjoy themselves on a trip, no matter how far, how small, how complicated. The personnel are well traveled and belong to the highly selective group called Virtuoso, which provides the traveler with many enjoyable benefits. If there should be a blimp while traveling, you can be sure Woodlake Travel will be there to help you in any way they can....think about it, a computer arranged trip cannot help. The retail store is quite well stocked and the inventory definitely has the traveler in mind. Woodlake Travel, my only choice.
