This company should be closed down! My daughter spearheaded a fundraiser for the family of a child she went to school with who just passed away. This company sent us our Remembrance Wristbands that had dirt flecks melted into the silicone and rough, torn edges. They sent a 2nd set after we complained and they had the same dirt flecks, torn edges, and these were also snapping and breaking. I've been trying to get a refund for about a month now and even have the BBB attempting to help, but this company actually had the nerve to process my refund, sent a screen print to the BBB, and then immediately cancelled the transaction. They are extremely shady! Beware of the "Jason Burke" hoax...all complaints are directed to him and when you call they always say he's not in, but will be at (later time that day) and ask that you call back, but every time you call back he's still not there and ask that you call again later. I did that for weeks, until I finally realized he either doesn't exist or does, but never shows up for work. When you ask to speak with a supervisor, the person you are talking with suddenly becomes the supervisor for the day. This company is extremely unprofessional and I would NEVER recommend them!
