Established in 2008, YogaOne Studios in Midtown Houston is a recently-expanded, custom-designed yoga studio with two spacious studio spaces under one roof, a Hot Room (dedicated to Hot Yoga) and Flow Room (dedicated to all of our Forrest Yoga and Flow-based classes: Ashtanga/Anusara-inspired/Baptiste Power Flow) and a large communal lobby connecting the two. Our studio draws from our experience as long-time yoga students. We have a state of the art facility with a custom-heated Hot Yoga room and a new, custom built Flow room, each with sustainable, eco-friendly and clean bamboo floors and no-VOC paint to maximize your yoga experience. We don’t use carpet and, as a consequence, there is no “hot yoga smell” at the studio. We clean frequently with non-toxic, plant based materials. There are multiple showers in each of our locker rooms for your convenience. We recycle and we encourage our students to bring their own water bottles and refill them at our purified water station.
