Buyer beware!!! First of all they are dishonest about their pricing , they never mention price mark up fee when you purchase an item from their online website , if you decied to finance beware of their 15% fee not only will you get a fee from purchasing an item online but when u finance too Crest finance is another rip off company they affiliate with to get your money there is no such thing as "90 days same as cash" interest is still added crest finance will charge you taxes along with a 10% fee if you decied to pay off early!! There is no 90 days same as cash offer these two companies work together to scam you, beware of a$43 fee for application fee (it's just for their pockets) your $99 delivery fee will be financed and taxed and have an additional 10% fee added .. So get ready to pay an additional $300 from original price . So if you do not read that fraudulent contract these two scamming companies trap you with, you will feel trapped and betrayed by these two companies once you have no choice but to pay off ASAP before all these extra fees get tacked on. I will say lesson learned NEVER recommend anyone to buy from them or will ever buy here again, terrible experiance with sales people that are dishonest and lie to you and say anything so they won't deal with you , If you are a cash paying or credit card paying customer at the store your delivery fee will be a lot higher just to get more money from you !! This place is a joke people !! They don't mention the fine print or extra fees % fees crest fin., will not work with your payments to fall on pay dates, they will want to charge you a $30 fee is you change dates, they are rude and when you call them customer service doesn't know what they are doing I called three different times talked to three different people and all gave me a different pay off amount!! this will eventually catch up to them and YOur costLy Furniture will go down hill and pay fines and their costly fees they over charged their customers!!!
