Provided by YPmobileHighly reccomended. Bough a Honda ruckus. Best price around. Honored the price they quoted over the phone. No games. Just a good experience. Mike in sales was a good guy. Went out of his way to be helpful. Will go back for my next toy.

Please read this carefully!
I brought a used motorcycle ($8000) from this company off eBay. The bike was a tricked out Suzuki Busa. I was dealing with Alex, and the owner of the company Sal via email throughout this whole deal. They were quick answering questions concerning the motorcycle prior to the auction ending, to get my business.... BUT once the auction ended, is where it ALL went down hill. As promised I sent the payment to them via wire transfer via my bank to theirs for the amount of $8000. Three weeks after I had sent my payment via eBay went by, and Crossbay Honda still had not shipped me my paid for bike. I sent emails daily trying to figure out why it wasn't shipped to me yet. I kept getting the run around. #1) the bike wasn't ready for shipment #2) Bad weather, couldn't ship the bike. #3) Had to order a crate to ship the bike in. #4) Ordered the wrong crate and had to reorder a longer size do to the extended swing arm. Needless to say this went on for a month. I had to call the shop several times to speak to the owner (Sal) and even he was no help. I was told that he would email me pictures of the bike crated, that took another week to get. These guys from a business standpoint were a joke. O but wait it gets better. After receiving the bike a month and two weeks after I sent payment (And having to take time off work) because three different days they said that the bike would be in my location, and it never was delivered. I finally received the bike damaged, and not in the same condition as it was sold. The bike had cracked lower fairings, there was no key to start the bike. The paint job on the bike looked like some two year old child sprayed the bike with a spray can... O wait, thats right the paint job was done with a spray can, come to find out from Alex at Crossbay. Ok and here is the kicker ladies and gentlemen. The bike had a mechanics lean on it. So I had no title to transfer it to my name via DMV. If I would have known this from the beginning, I would have NEVER paid what I did for this bike. Ok, wait there is more!! I had to file a claim through eBay to get a refund on this piece of junk.
