Provided by YP.comI had to bring our little Yorkshire terrier Bella in for her First Surgery and of course I was nervous and scared what the outcome could be. This was also the first time she has ever been away from us and She is a 1 1/2 years old Spoiled Fur Baby. Well I normally don't write reviews but I had to write one for This Wonderful Staff and Doctors at The Howard City Veterinary Hospital. The Whole Staff was very clear about what the options and outcome would be with her Surgery. They Helped me through explaining the procedures and counseled me thoroughly the post operation care and what medication I had to administer with instruction to bring home. Later looking at the details on the bill I had noticed many discount's that I was also givin and I was Very Pleased with the Total. Just some of the little things are also something I have to mention, They even brushed her & clipped her nails while there and never charged for it,They are a Very Caring and Understanding Team of People that Treated My Bella as if She was their own. Love this Place and will Recommend to All My Family & Friends.

Provided by YP.comI just recently went to this vet because my cat was in a dire need of medical care. I have been a customer with Pleasant view animal clinic up in big rapids for over 10 years and for the first time I felt like they did not know what they were doing to help my cat get better. My cat was seriously in Anemic from bright blood in his urine, could barely walk, has an injured right hind leg and would barely eat. He so lethargic and only wants to lay down all day long when normally he's a normal cat that wants to be loved and cuddled or runs around the house teasing our dog. It's been over two weeks and they just now wanted to put the cat on anabiotics. I'm so done going to that place. As soon as I stepped into the doors of this particular vet they have treated me as if my cat was my own child. They truly understand what it means urgent and your animal needs care now. This vet was able to not only give my cat food he was able to eat but now within two days, my cat is up walking around more than he's ever in the last month. He rubs up on my legs when he wants attention. I have spent over $700 on both vet's but this particular vet is worth it!

Provided by YP.comI have taken my boys there for several years as has my mother and sister. They are wonderful, beautiful safe environment and they don't kill you with exorbitant costs. My Weim was injured when I came home from work late on a Friday. I called the number on the answering maching their kind staff was taking calls at home. Doctor Lepley was out of town but they referred me to a wonderful clinic who saw us quickly and treated us like family. This was a tribute to Dr. Lepley's reputation and their kind services.
You can count on this clinic staff to always be kind and helpful. Thank you very much.--

Provided by YP.comIf your animal is in Dr. Lepley's care you couldn't do any better. I have had many years of experience with animal care, from Michigan State University Intensive Care to many other Vetrinarian Hospitals over the years. When I was in trouble and all the other clinics were closed, out of desperation I called Doc Lepley on a weekend. I hadn't been a patient for many years, but he came in on a weekend and gently got me through a most difficult time. His expertice and diagnostic skills are important for sure, but his compassion and love for his patients and their owners. I now am one of many I am sure, who drive many miles to Howard City, to the place where I am confident that my loved ones will get the compassionate and loving care they deserve. It may not be fancy, but is the best care you can find.
