Did not deliver product in a timely fashion. Took almost 2 months to get results after many messages and emails to her. Terrible customer service!!!

We had our pictures taken and our initial experience was very positive. Wendy was very good with our child and was very friendly. We were told when we left that our sneak peek would be online within 1-2 days. We received that sneak peek 45 days later without even a notification it was posted online and without a password to even access it. We were told our pictures would be ready in 2-3 weeks. It has been 7 weeks and we have no pictures and no responses to numerous inquiries regarding them. Very inconsiderate customer relations.
