Has everything you need. The instructors are great. Everyone from the community goes here. I really love it because of how clean it is!!! They do a great job keeping it clean. Awesome guys!!

I'd say to my best friend & other member of local communities if I could give this facility's crossfit people a negative star review I would! It's been my experience that they only know how to use derogatory, rude, childish comments. Also often quite impatient & unflattering onto themselves. I sadly even heard them make a remark about the instructor of a previous class. Ironically enough I've seen that there are minors in the crossfit workout yet the adults are who make these terrible remarks. What exactly is the goal here?



I likely do NOT plan to return to #1 Fitness in Howe. That is unfortunate as I am a prominent member of the Howe, Van Alstyne, & Anna communities.
