Love this Studio and Leann. Learmed so much through the one on fitness training and nutrition. Highly recommend the program to anyone who's looking for a private Studio.

December 2008 - Went to Body Shaping and within 6 of my 8 sessions I felt better & stronger! Leann began my journey with where I was physically at the time (which wasn't good), continues to move me forward down a path to help me reach my full potential (which isn't bad) by varying my routines, challenging me with new ideas to get "active" inside and outside of the gym. (which isn't easy). But, I am lovin the results! I feel stronger, healthier, more toned, in better shape, and have also dropped a few pounds! Haven't arrived yet, but lovin the journey!

Thanks to Leann, I'e lost over 20 pounds in 9 weeks! She is a real person that walks the walk and talks the talk. She is very motivating and inspiring. I work out at her gym for cardio and strength training-body sculpting. It hasn't been easy, allot of times I didn't want to workout, but always felt better after. She introduces new techniques to keep it interesting. Leann has been working out for over 20 years and has an awesome body! Thanks for all your help Leann, I am looking and feeling GREAT!
