The quick service was great! I noticed I had water coming out of the top of my well so I called Brown Drilling & a technician was at my house within 90 minutes! The service tech (Scott) quickly repaired my leak and took the time to answer all my questions. I would definately use Brown Drilling again and recommend this company to others.

Just spoke with Brown drilling on the phone after paying $350 for a 15 minute repair! Brown drilling RIPPED ME OFF. They charged $120 to come to my home (that didn't go toward the repair), $95 per hour (for two hours), and 400% markup for parts. And, did I mention the $7 fuel surcharge??? What a sham. I called Mike's Well and Pump Svcs in Ann Arbor and he charges $75 per hour with no hidden fees. I will be calling Mike (or anyone but Brown) in the future!
