Provided by YP.comTake a number like in Sec of State and wait.. 3 people were working for first 15 mins. Then one employee went into back with another employee and did not return. 4 people were waiting at that point. Process moves very slow. Had to wait total of 1/2 hr.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. I call this ORGANIZATIONAL ARROGANCE!
