Excellent service with a fair price! Called the office in the morning, Pat came out within a couple of hours and fixed our problem. Will recommend this company to all our friends and neighbors!

I called in with a problem with my garbage disposal and Stephanie was able to help me over the phone and saved me a service call. She was very helpful!

Never use Flo Rite. They were the company contracted by my homeowners insurance. Returning phone calls seems to be far to complicated for them. Hopefully their plumbers are better than their customer service. After a full week of calling them, I finally was informed our claim was denied. The denial wasnt the problem, that lack of communication for it was. Stephanie who runs the phone is one of the rudest people I've ever encountered, and clearly incompetent. After speaking with her for the first and only time (after many attempts made by my husband) I was told to "never call her again", then hung up on. Moments later she called back with an apology as she tried to back peddle her excuses for poor customer service skills. I wil do everything in my power to have their contract terminated with my insurance company!

This company was friendly performed nice work while keeping the area clean.
