Joan is an amazing groomer, always looking to make my babies look so clean and feel like a million bucks---they look it too when they leave! The fact that when I mention her name to my pups and they literally run for the door, makes me happier than I could ever imagine that they love her as much as we do! She is very reasonable for her pricing and my pups are done in a very short time in comparison to many other shops. She is the best at what she does, and her work shows it!

Joan did a WONDERFUL job on my dog, Buttercup! Buttercup was all tangled up before her haircut and she looked amazing after! A brand new dog! I would recommend Joan to anyone.

Joan does such a great job with our dog, Sammi! We started going to see her two and a half years ago when we first got Sammi and have followed her after her move to Howell because she does such a great job we did not want to switch to someone new. Sammi is actually excited to go there to see her which is quite the testimony considering what she has to go through during the grooming process. I have recommended Joan to friends and will continue to do so.
