The pizza from this Jets is no where near as good as other area Jets. I know the reason, the employees spend more time having a good time then concentrating on their jobs. The store owner must be asleep.

Had 2 pizza' s delivered like I always do and one was horrible. Called right away after one bite. Manager said "well sir our policy is only to replace it. " before I even told him that's what I wanted anyway. Horrible customer service and horrible pizza!

For a pizza coming from a chain, I'd have to rate Jet's as one of the better pizzas around. It can be a little greasy at times and they're getting a little skimpier with their toppings, but all around it's a decent pizza. I do have to say they have gotten a little pricey of late. All in all, considering the quality, I'd spend a little more to get a decent pie. They're not the best pizza in the area, Danny's Pizza Shack in Fowlerville takes that honor, but Jet's would have to be considered in the top 5.
