Made our "A" list!!

Jeremy recently installed 12” x 24” tiles and engineered hardwood in our home – a total of 750 sq. ft. – including a NuHeat mat system under the tile. This project is an owner-managed remodel of the first floor of a condo which required the pouring of leveling compound to even-out dips in the concrete (wood floor) and determining the best configuration of the heat mats (tile floor). Jeremy not only has experience in both, he took the extra step of contacting the manufacturer of the heat mat for installation specifics to the brand we chose. He also used an installation tool when laying the tile that results in a very level surface, greatly appreciated by our cabinet installers who said they “rarely see such a flat and level tile install.” Jeremy definitely earned his place on our short “A” list of contractors. We will use him in the future when we do our bathroom and highly recommend him. If you are picky and want the best – hire Jeremy!

Jeremy just installed a groutable synthetic slate in our first floor bathroom. It looks absolutely amazing! Jeremy recommended this because we didn't want to go through the hassle of ripping out our ugly existing tile, he also said it would be warmer on our feet. I would of never thought of that. He was very flexible in the remodel schedule of our bathroom and got right in when we needed him to do the floor and was done in what seemed like no time. Please give Jeremy a call at Legacy, you will not be dissapointed!

We met Jeremy at the Howell home show. We were impressed by his helpful and forthright presentation. Our builder wanted us to use his source for our wood floors, but we insisted on Jeremy. He gave us guidance and feed back, in preparation for the floors, during our construction process. He stayed in close communication and arrived on site exactly as scheduled. He also completed the job on time. The floors are beautiful, including a special medallion we had him install. It was actually sad seeing him finished and leaving the site! Our builder will now also recommend him.

We met Jeremy at the Novi Home Show while looking for a floor for our kitchen remodel. My wife had a good feeling about Jeremy and thought he would do a good job. I was unsure and was thinking about using a local “big name” retailer. We decided to give the job to Jeremy, and glad we did. He is honest, timely, with good skills. We are very happy with our new wood floor, and will recommend Legacy Floors to all our friends, family members, and business acquaintances.

Jeremy @ Legacy Floors recently installed hardwood floors in the upper level of our home. From the initial call, I knew we had selected the right man to do the job. Very responsive and helpful, Jeremy put us at ease from the beginning. And I cannot say enough about the quality of his work! When it comes to major investments like this, I am very detailed and want it to look just right. Jeremy did not disappoint, his workmanship was impeccable. Jeremy and Legacy Floors installed engineered hardwood flooring in our foyer,dining room and family room. They did a terrific job and we have been so pleased with the workmanship. Jeremy was very meticulous and thorough in all aspects of our job. From looking at the job, telling us exactly what needed to be done and what it would entail to communicating with us through every step of the process. Jeremy and Bill were extremely courteous and took special care of cleaning up when they left each day.

Jeremy's work is SUPER. His attention to detail is amazing. He didn't just tile my backsplash by slapping tile up....he placed every tile in perfect position and his grout lines are so clean. He has a great personality, very dependable, very flexible, communicates super, HAS COMPLETE SKILL. I can not wait for him to do my kitchen floors and my other "little projects". Jeremy did a fantastic job on our hardwood floors. His attention to detail is immaculate and his expertise at his craft is second to none. One of the best contractors I've ever hired.

Jeremy was AWESOME.. gave us a fair price, came out as soon as he could, which was a SATURDAY! And worked well into the evening to get finished in one night. I would definitely trust him with any flooring job I had.
