Pyro techs were timely and effective in responded to a leaking water heater problem. very satisfied!

Mike and Tyler from Pyro came out to do my annual furnace check up and were great! Mike found a problem with my duct work and fixed it on the spot. They were quick, professional and very courteous.

Great job Matt.....very fast and friendly service. Answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable.

Service Tech Matt Miller did an excellent job today on the yearly maintenance of my home's air conditioning and heating units.

Rusty and Andrew installed a furnace/air and water heater for us. They were very respectful and friendly while working in our home. They got here on time each day and were even done quite a bit sooner than we thought they would be. They made sure that we understood everything about our new systems before leaving. I wouldn't hesitate to give an outstanding recommendation to anyone for Rusty and Andrew!

Dave was excellent in all respects. He was very thorough in explaining what Pyro can provide in a new furnace and A/C here in Highland. He went beyond all expectations and sold us. He followed up on the work as it progressed and kept us appraised all the way. We will definitely use Pyro in the future and recommend to friends, family and neighbors.

Mitch just completed a service call on my furnace/humidifier and I was very pleased with the result. He found the problem quickly and fixed it just as fast. He explained how to take care of the part ourselves without having to call for service again. He was very professional and didn't treat me like I was stupid. Thanks Mitch!
