I hate writing bad reviews, but, well, got to. I Had a power steering pump replaced in the wife's truck. Wife complained of a minor noise coming from it when she drove it. Colder weather and I start driving it and the noise is awful. I call and they tell me they don't have a mechanic. I take it by so they can just hear it....NOPE! I come back yet another day and make an appointment. I come from the eastside and wait for an hour while the truck just sits in the lot and am told "A customer is standing right there with the mechanic.". Is that what it takes to get something done? Under warranty? Is that what they're selling? I have to hound the tech the whole time I'm there? I work some crazy long hours and drive well over 100 miles a day to get there. I don't have the time to be run around. I've seen some pretty Mickey Mouse setups, but they top it. NEVER AGAIN! Warranty...PFFTH! What good is a warranty when it's impossible to have a concern addressed?
