started working with this realtor a year ago, caught him in a couple lies, told me if I bought certain houses he would help me get money back from certain programs, I checked into the programs before we went any farther and they don't exist. He is a scammer and a liar.

Unbelievable that is what I have to tell you about what a lousy man Steven B. Wilson is. He is out to make a buck, please don't be his next victim!!! Sold me a home he said was completely remolded. Later found out he bought it for $55,000 and slapped some paint on it. I paid $145,000.00, bought it for my daughter, never looked at it cuz I live 5 hours away, he bamboozled my daughter and told her everything she wanted to hear. I have now dumped another $75,000 in and he will not return my calls.

Should have listened to the reviews I read online about this guy and his company. Beware he has several companies all doing the same thing (ripping people off) and all have different names. Sold my husband and I a home he and his (company-family) purchased foreclosed, then he jacked up the price $100,000.00 (says he fixed it up). The house is now falling apart around us and he will do nothing to help. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM ARTIST!!!

If u are looking for a realtor with ethical intent, keep looking. Steve Wilson lacks ethics as well as character and is only looking to make as much as he can on the deal, then he leaves you high and dry.

Steve Wilson is not a man you want to do business with. He makes promises he does not keep, he lies to make a buck and will take your money and run as fast as he can. Seriously I am so sorry I did business with this terrible person.
