I have been purchasing dresses at Wally's for quite some time and haven't ever had any issues. The service was good, items came in quickly and everything was taken care of. It wasn't until I was a bride however, that made me never walk into the store again. I had found my wedding dress at another location but it was much cheaper at Wally's and much closer to home. Plus, I had all of my bridesmaid dresses ordered there as well! Great deal for the store with eight bridesmaids if you ask me. I ordered my dress and it did take about 5 months to come in. I was excited to go into the store and try on my dress. Mind you, the same exact size as the one I had tried on as well as the same measurements they had. I came in with my mom and sister to also pick up my shoes which was also through Wally's. As I tried on the dress I found it was 1 inch away from zipping all the way from my chest measurements. Already feeling a little down about this, as I'm standing IN MY WEDDING DRESS the owner walks up and says, "Oh, been eating too much pizza?" ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I kindly asked her to leave the room immediately and I couldn't believe that someone would have the audacity to say such a think to another human being let alone a bride in her dress. She was reminded that she made the measurements and that the bride (me) had actually lost 10 pounds to which she said nothing. I will NEVER walk back into that store again and unfortunately I don't even think that old woman even cares. I can't believe they are still in business with that kind of attitude towards their paying customers.
