AVOID THIS COMPANY! After using them to install a new liner and several other parts and repairs (always billed, always paid,) in 2011, 12, and 13, imagine my surprise when I get a collection agency letter this week (5/11/15) for $119. I called the store, its from work done in 2013!!! And, although I paid every past invoice within 2 days, they have no idea why they wouldn't have called or sent additional bills (they claim one, maybe two within 10 days of each other....) Two years, with a customer that pays everything on time, no call, no letter, no bill, and now collections? Never.....

Never use this company!! We had Jeff install a new liner in our pool Oct 2013. He said it was no problem to install it in the fall even though the weather was cold but he never finished the job so I had to close the pool with gaps between the liner and coping. He called June 19th to finish the work (8 months late) but never came over to finish the job. He never called again or billed for the balance I owed. Now May 2015 I get a bill from a collections agency saying I'm delinquent with my bill (a bill I was never asked to pay). This is by far the worst company ever.

6/19/2014 EXTREMELY BAD POOL COMPANY. They installed my pool in June 2013, Jeff winterized my pool, my pool collapsed and had so many cracked and broken parts. Jeff never returned my calls, but I tracked him down. After waiting 8 weeks for him to reinstall my pool at a smaller fee than other companies he said he know longer installs pools and will get another company to help me. His, installer didn't call for 4 weeks, by then I had given up and paid another company a lot more money to install. This reputable company found alot of cracks and problems with original installation. TERRIBLE BUSINESS, PLEASE GO TO A MORE REPUTABLE BUSINESS OR YOU WILL BE OUT ALOT OF MONEY.

Took a day off of work and waited around from 8-6 and they never showed or called. I called the next day and they couldn't explain why they didn't come out.

We purchased a salt water sys for our pool from the owner Jeff on 5/20/2013 and it has not worked correctly since day 1. They installed it and we have called 7 times to date and Jeff will not do anything about it and will not return our calls or answer now. BBB complaint filed and waiting. Beware!!! Terrible service,. Unit is 3 -4 weeks old and they installed. Won't stand behind there work!,,

Xtreme Pools is Unbeatable!!

Jeff at Xtreme Pools was a Godsend for me and my pool. After paying a lot of money for a botched replumb from another company, Jeff stepped in and saved me a lot of money with repairs. Their prices are unbeatable and believe me, I checked around. Jeff and his crew were timely, friendly and honest. Couldnt be happier.
