We stopped in on Friday and the sales person said he would hold a area rug for us until Sunday. We show up on Sunday and he told us that another sales person had sold it even though a tag was put on there to hold for us. We have a feeling that he sold it and said another sales person sold it(had a guilty look on his face.) He wasn't even apologetic about it and had the attitude of too bad for you. In his words " accidents happen." He was the same sales person we dealt with on Friday. I think the sales people are liars and will do anything for a sale. We were very upset with this dealing. We will never patronize this business ever again and will tell others of our BAD experience.

They were just terrible. I would never ever use them again! STAY AWAY, trust me!!!!!! The owner is nasty and arrogant, and tried to leave me with the worst install that I have ever seen. My 5 year old could have done a better job. Took him to court and the judge took one look at the pictures and scolded him. That was priceless!!
