Twin City Jewelers was established in 1979 by Joseph Sgro.Soon after, in 1980, his nephew Thomas Calabro began working on weekends and summers and began his training in the craft of the goldsmith.After completing high school and college, in 1992, Thomas Calabro eventually took over his uncles business and expanded the selection of jewelry offered at Twin City Jewelers.Twin City Jewelers continues a heritage of excellence by winning the Asbury Park Press Best Jeweler award every year since the inception of the contest.
