The owner recently closed a second location in Grafton, WI. She was less than professional with all of the parents at this location: she disregarded concerns addressed to her throughout the summer leading up to this and lied to them.

She led parents on, where they believed they were getting a new location. She forced parents (from the Grafton location only) to participate in a fundraiser for a new security system for said new location (one would think this should be a standard business expense). She flat out said in the meeting: "you must sell so many units or you will be asked to pay the difference for your portion of the security system."

After closing the Grafton doors, she credited $50 to the tuition accounts for only some of the families that were still at the center and that had participated in the fundraiser (this only accounted for a few hundred of the thousands actually raised). She then turned around and gave that money to the Richfield location (yes, she told the parents in the meeting that this is what she was going to do. Actually, she wasn't even going to credit and $ to the Grafton parents until a few parents spoke up against her) The state is currently investigating this.

Also, Grafton started the eviction process on that location in Jan 2016 due to non-payment of rent. (Google it.) (Non-payment occurred in 2014, 2015, and 2016 and if you ask her about it, she'll give you some song and dance about how Grafton screwed it up. One time, maybe, but multiple over years, no.)
