The service has always been great when I visit the Lake. Usually the most affordable fuel on the lake also.

I reserved a pontoon boat from Parkway Marina for the Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend. We were on our way to the lake when the marina called to tell us that they did not have a boat for us to rent. They were "sorry for the inconvenience" but the 7 engines that they had ordered for their boats did not come in on time and there was nothing they could do for us. Of course every other marina at the lake was completely booked because it was a holiday weekend. So we drove all the way to the lake only to find out that we would not be getting a boat for the day. They did not offer to rectify the situation in any way. All I got was a half hearted apology. I feel like if they knew there was a problem with their boats and there was a chance that they would not have a boat for me that they could have at least told me that. I even called the Friday before to confirm my rental and they said "oh yeah, you're all set for Sunday." We had friends visiting for the weekend and we were all looking forward to spending the day on the lake. Due to Parkway Marina's dishonesty and bad business we packed the car and drove an hour to the lake only to have to turn around and go back home. I am very dissatisfied with this Marina and would not rent a boat from this place if they were giving it to me for free!
